Why Landed exists

The Canadian job market has a hidden problem: most employers use Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to filter resumes before a human ever sees them. Qualified people — especially newcomers — get automatically rejected because their resume is formatted wrong or missing keywords, not because they aren't good enough.

The GTA has one of the world's largest populations of internationally trained professionals. Many arrive with strong credentials and real experience, but struggle to land interviews because nobody told them Canadian resumes follow different rules than resumes in India, Nigeria, the Philippines, or anywhere else.
